Getting rid of a pen mark on a handbag can have different solutions depending on what material the handbag is made of. If the handbag is leather use leather cleaner such as the kind sold at shoe stores. Any other material first try a damp cloth, if this does not work use Goo Gone. Be very cautious when using Goo Gone as it might discolor some surfaces.
